Return & Exchange Policy By Ayaan Trenddz Pvt. Ltd.
At Vipul Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
· Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your saree.
· The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
· Once the returned product is delivered back to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
· Refunds will be provided via store credit or bank transfer only.
Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
· You may choose between:
- Store Credit, or
- Bank Transfer A secure payment link will be shared to collect your details. A refund will be initiated after the product reaches our warehouse.
· Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.
If the reverse pickup is unavailable at your location. Customer will have to do Courier from their end.
Exchanges
· Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
· You may choose to exchange your saree for a different design.
· Exchange requests are subject to the availability of the selected item.
To Request a Return or Exchange:

REFUND POLICY
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of return acceptance and once the product is verified by the warehouse team.
COD Orders are eligible for:
1. Store credits against return
2. Account refund/UPI/Amazon Pay Wallet (A payment link will be sent to you to add your details and avail the refund; the refund will be processed after we receive the parcel on our warehouse. Please note that the COD fee is non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
1. All orders can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Requests can be placed through the website by logging into your account and clicking on "My Profile". You will get the option to Return/Exchange from your Order summary table.
If you have guest checked out, kindly reach out to our support team via Email or Phone number provided in the Contact Us Page.
Note: - Please note that only size exchanges for the same purchased product will be processed. Exchanges for completely different products will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS - POLICY AND PROCESS
1. Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped.
2. Cancellation requests can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to customer.care@vipulfashions.com. For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed via bank transfer.
CANCELLATION BY VIPUL FASHIONS
Vipul Fashions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to orders cancellations are unavailable in quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. For prepaid orders, the amount will
be refunded to the account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Vipul Fashions and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
